  First time at unwind at parap, was looked after very well by Patrick who was very polite and helpful during the process. Very clean facilities, has a nice traditional feel to the place and thanks to Alice's expertise all of the niggling muscular issues (and even ones I didn't know about) I went in to fix are now all gone. Also incredibly relaxing environment, by far the most relaxed I've been in a long time as well as with the parap markets within such close proximity is an excellent addition to a massage on the weekend.

  I went today seeking relief from Tension headaches and a Migraine. My therapist today was brilliant. I felt calm, relaxed and the entire way through it just felt right. I left without any niggles, or pinched nerves and ready to snooze from feeling so much better. Thank you and I will be back.
