  Food good, service abysmal. Waited just over an hour for breakfast order. Another customer gave up waiting for toast and coffee order after waiting for 30 mins. She asked for money back and stormed out. Management responsible for not having enough staff and/or adequately trained staff.

  The staff are nice. Pretty average as far as bakeries go. Have had undercooked sweet pastries, like the custard tarts. Pies are nothing to write home about.

  Bread are always fresh and service is always friendly. Pies and sausage rolls are very delicious. Keep up the good work team

  No napkins out to use, had to ask for some, food is okay, come before 1pm if you would like a decent choice of pies!

  Massive advantage is the opening hour - 4am, so it's always open in time for the morning coffee pickup.

  Great coffee, always friendly. Breads and pastries are sensational. Decent cafe menu, though not a fan of the paper placemat between the food and the board.
