  My experience at Territory Sports medicine has been great. From the moment I walk through the front door I am given a warm welcome by a friendly and well organised staff. I waited for 5-10 minutes max. At the business end of things, the physos are very nice and well trained. With their help I got over my ankle injury in a matter of weeks and I am now back in to cricket aswell as ever.

  I have not ever had one problem with Territory sports medicine, I have always found them to be professional and welcoming. The front office staff are lovely, The physio's are willing to go out of their way to assist. I have every faith in them.

  I found that I was very let down by territory sports medicine and I know many others who feel the same. They are very unprofessional in consultations and seem to always be in hurry to get you out of the door. Physio just did the same thing for 4 or 5 appointments in a row, with no improvement or diagnosis of injury. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour every visit with no apology every occasion. Consultations were cut short as the Physio had to meet his Mum. Then, after i left treatment the receptionist phoned me and abused me over the phone. Very Bad experience.
