    As an owner I have had to deal with these clowns for way too long. TOTAL incompetence. NEVER carry out any tasks ... and charge WAY too much for the service. I actually met one of their staff whose property is also administered by this firm and that staff member told me how useless they are. There's an unbiased opinion.
