  Went there at 3.30pm on a Friday and I couldn't even find a seat. More than 40 people waiting to be served. Why have all those service counters and no staff to fill them? Simply bad service from the NT Government. And you want to increase the registration fees??.

  34 mins on hold this is really bad and still no answer so had to hang up. You guys need more staff to answer phones.

  I was on hold with no answer for 45 mins yesterday - lunchbreak was over so had to get off the phone. This was at 1pm.
