  I had to contact them after a week regarding my bond and vacate inspection. Their policy is three days for the inspection and to contact the vacating renter. They did not do this.

  Each time I call I get transferred to an answering machine. The lady at the front desk will transfer you as soon as she can, it doesn’t matter whether the person she is transferring you to is even at their desk.
