  Horrible real estate agency in Darwin. There was very poor communication from the real estate agents, especially when we asked for repairs in the house. Last but not least, they can't keep their hands off your bond no matter what ( even if you've cleaned the house to utmost perfection) and claim that you left the house 'dusty'. They also muddled up our end of lease date, leaving the owner of the property unaware.

  Awful experience. Go through different property managers. Issues with property never resolved. Emails and calls ignored. Will do anything within their means to take your bond even if you have left it in better condition than when you moved in. Nasty and rude over the phone and face to face so no proof to back up their comments. Terrible service! Never again.

  You are constany paid off, you ask for something and they never get back to you. Constantly chasing them for simple things.
